Viewing Instructions:

Step 1- Enter the property using the gate off Hospital Rd. Hospital Rd to Scholz Plaza

Step 2- Enter gate code #5794

Step 3- Turn right onto Cagney Lane

Step 4- You will see a large sign “270 Cagney Lane”, on the right. turn left onto Stare Lane

Step 5- Turn left onto Stare Lane

Step 6- Turn right onto Reims lane, it will dead into the tennis courts.

Step 7- On the left corner you will see lockboxes hanging from a post.

Step 8- Use the four digit code provided by Tenant Turner to open the lock box.

Step 9- Obtain the key, head to the property.

Step10-Head back the way you came until you see the “270 Cagney” sign, park in the small parking lot.

Step 11- Use building code **2709903 to enter the building.

Step 12- Get in elevator to second floor, go right, follow around to the right, unit on the left-hand side.

Step 12- Once you’re done with viewing the property, return the key to the lockbox at the tennis courts.

- Renter's Insurance: It is mandatory for residents to hold renter's insurance with a minimum Personal Liability Coverage of $300,000. Additionally, residents must also maintain coverage for at least three months of rent for loss of use or displacement coverage.

We look for a favorable credit history, good references, sufficient income, and the ability to move in within 14 days of the available date.
