About Us

Ron provides the vision and guidance for the Company and is responsible for all of the systems currently in use today by current licensees. As a Real Estate Professional, he saw a need for property management and began managing several homes for clients in the Inland Empire of California back in 1983. Ron’s proven track record of innovation and success in creating a company starting with the management of just 1 property to well over 1,000 properties led him to develop professional and successful systems that have resulted in the establishment of Management One Systems.

Cheri is a Real Estate Broker and the President of Management One that was originated in 1983. Cheri has 36 years of experience in all facets of property management. She the co-founder of Management One and helped build the organization from the ground up, her experience comes from working every position in the company. Cheri’s expertise in training and customer service has greatly enhanced the level of client satisfaction at Management One. Today Cheri is in charge of finance and administration for company.

Tyler Sudman was born into a real estate and property management family with over 40 years of experience so it was only natural for Tyler to pursue a career in the industry. With his high energy and ecstatic personality, it is what he builds his relationships on. A firm believer in relationships are the core of any business, Tyler strives to earn the respect, trust, and loyalty from every client.

He says: "I was always taught by my parents that 'TRY' is a fail word. Implementing that mindset into my business as well as my life, it has been a tremendous help and reminder to myself that I will not try, I will DO everything in my power to get the job done to make my clients beyond satisfied and exceed their expectations."

Away from Real Estate, Tyler enjoys being with family, going to the beach with friends and working out.

Steve joined Management One in 2017 as a property inspector. Steve has conducted countless inspections, completed hundreds of rehabs, and issued thousands of work orders over the years. When Steve is not conducting inspections, he can be found ghost hunting and spending time with his granddaughter.

Stephen, or Lee (as the Team calls him), joined Management One in 2023. With over two decades of experience owning diverse multi-unit businesses, Stephen brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his role. Stephen holds a robust educational background, including a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree. When not inspecting properties, he invests his free time in his three boys, actively participating in their baseball, golf, and basketball activities, alongside enjoying precious moments with his wife. Stephen's extensive background and commitment to family make him a one-of-a-kind part of the team.

Meet Andrew, a part of Management One since 2023. Andrew's passions shape a well-rounded personality. When he is not on work commitments, he would be strumming tunes on his guitar, navigating the virtual realms through video games, or savoring quality time with family.

Kaycie joined Management One in 2022. She graduated college from LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. When she is not crunching numbers, she is running around with her two kiddos. She enjoys going to the beach, watching LSU football, and cooking with her mom.

Kristan joined Management One in 2005 as a customer service representative. During her tenure with M1, she has worked in all departments. When not working, Kristan can be found spending time with her family, and working in the garden.

Michaele has joined the Management One Team in 2023. She comes to us with a passion for small business and an entrepreneurial spirit. Michaele founded a plumbing business from the ground up, which led to her interests in Real Estate and Property Management. Michaele is a licensed Real Estate agent who has worked with several contractors, owners, and residents in the single and multi-family industry for the past 15 years. Her leadership, managerial abilities, and industry knowledge make her a valuable team member. In her free time, Michaele likes traveling up to North California to see and spend special time with her Grandson, visiting local wineries with her Fiancé’, and taking her Malti-Poo Sugar to the park to play.

Kristine boasts a multifaceted professional background that spans Customer Service, Online Telemarketing, B2B campaigns, and various Administrative Tasks. She recently joined Management One in 2023, anchoring on versatility and a resilient mindset. Apart from her professional commitments, those who observe her will surely find her engrossed in baking and savoring various movies during her leisure hours. Firmly believing in the adage "If opportunities don't knock, build a door," Kristine approaches life and her career with a proactive and triumphant mindset.

With over 20 years of combined experience in the Food Service Industry, Rusian is well-versed in Operations and Customer Service. Rusian is a proud mom who finds joy in music and dancing. She is also an arts and crafts enthusiast. Guided by the mantra "Everything happens for a Reason" and "Got to Try in order to Fly!," she lives life with purpose and embraces new experiences.

This 2024, Ian joins the Management One team. With over two decades of combined expertise in the Restaurant Industry, Pharmaceutical Sales, and Customer Service, Ian brings a new flavor to the team. This father and grandad, outside the professional realm - find joy in basketball and the freedom of riding motorcycles. In his spare time, he either stays productive with chores or indulges in the cinematic world through movie-watching.

Pam is responsible for ensuring that Management One’s quality control standards and customer service deliverables are consistently maintained and provided to our clients. She regularly communicates with homeowners and residents about their experiences with Management One and uses that feedback to help the company make sure Management One’s quality criteria continue to evolve and improve.

Her customer centric attitude and mindset come from many years of customer focused experience in the Health Care and Financial Services industries.

Pam enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is an avid workout enthusiast and enjoys playing golf. She is the mother of three beautiful daughters and a devoted wife of 30 years.

Connie joined Management One in 2022 and bringing in 15 years of experience in providing customer support. She worked as a Financial Analyst and Customer Service Representative. When not working, Connie spends her time with her family and two furbabies. She also loves to do unexpected road trips.

Conrad Noah joined Management One in 2007 as a leasing agent. During his tenure, Conrad worked all departments. He now works as a Consultant on the maintenance team and marketing team.

When not working Conrad can be found spending time with his family.

Cara joined Management One over 20 years ago. During her tenure, she worked all departments and lead the team as GM. She now works as a consultant and is enjoying her family.
